Updated the tutorial example. Added WSF_MESSAGE_EXECUTION.
Added under library/server/obsolete/v0 the previous non concurrent friendly version of EWF/WSF, for backward compatiblity. Removed WSF_CALLBACK_SERVICE and WSF_TO_WGI_SERVICE which are not need with new EWF.
WSF_SERVICE is deeply changed, and addition of WSF_EXECUTION. Todo: code cleaning, removing useless things.
This makes it easy to support multiple connectors support
