Added CMS_MODULE_CONFIGURATOR.
Added a default implementation of CMS_MODULE_CONGIRATOR.
Updated CMS_SERVICE, to use the new CMS_MODULE_CONFIGURATOR.
Updated Example.

Layout: got rid of onces per thread function.
