a6ca54f958 Fix ise_wizard 
* ewf.ini was used instead of template.ecf as configuration file
* remove initialize_router otherwise the compilation failed
* remove unused variables

(It is not very user friendly, this is a first draft)
It should be improved in the future (with GUI, ...)
