ca8f95a594 Made library ecf compilable in scoop concurrency mode by default. 
So ecf files are compilable with 16.05 and 16.11 .

897f64e4fe Reuse http_network library. 
Reintroduced HTTPD_STREAM_SOCKET for backward compatibility, and ease of usage.
Added websocket libraries (client, and protocol).
