In the Eiffel language, there are certain words that are considered "reserved". These words have specific meanings recognized by the compiler. The reserved words listed in the ISO/ECMA standard are shown below with a brief explanation of their meanings. Links are given where appropriate to the syntax definitions and to descriptions in the online documentation.
