eiffel-org	5c31df2449	Links to EV_VIEWPORT and EV_SPIN_BUTTON were not working. They hadn't a target so they didn't behave as links. ... I looked at https://www.eiffel.org/files/doc/static/18.07/libraries/class_list.html and used the links there to EV_VIEWPORT and EV_SPIN_BUTTON. Updated wikipage Viewport Sample.
